Nice but noisy

First off all this is a lovely looking site and nice and clean,but unfortunately it is the second CL this week that I have stayed at that advertises a WC and shower as exclusive. This is not the the case as there is a board pointing to the CL,but on the other side of the board there were 4 to 5 caravans who were also using the facilities. I would rather owners advertise there facilities as non exclusive if that is the case. There also a lot of road and aircraft noise on this site. We probably would stay here again even though we know these things.

As well as 50p for the shower it costs 20p for hot water in a sink for a wash or shave.

Well maintained secure site

This is a well maintained site, with good security because of the large coded entry metal gates. The pitches are large and easily accommodated our 8 metre long caravan. You can hear traffic noise from the adjacent main road, but we soon got used to it. Toilets/shower are ok and were cleaned daily. This site is well located for visiting the midlands cities, towns and attractions (very close to Warwick and Leamington Spar). Also a good over night stop location when traveling to the South East via the M40. Will stay again.

Lovely site - pitches were of good size and level and the toilets were clean. Great for access to local areas and the electric gates gave good security. Will definitely be back.

what a lovely peaceful stay

booked this CL because of its closeness to the NEC.. stayed over the Crufts weekend, had a relaxing time. This CL is well kept, clean, great place for the dogs to run in (providing no sheep in field). Owners were lovely, showed us where to set up, the grass got cut whilst we were there. NEC 20 mins away, no traffic until arrived at the NEC but well what a difference to last year where I stayed, no traffic coming back either excellent access to this venue.. will definately use again next year for Crufts weekend.

Nice site. Enjoyed our stay

The site is in great position for seeing the local area. We received a very nice welcome from the owners who who showed us all the facilities at the CL. The only downside was the noise from the road which others have mentioned in their reviews so we knew the situation before we arrived. This did not stop us from having a lovely time and I would certainly go again.

Great CL Site

Very well maintained CL site with good size hard standing pitches . Access is easy and the site is secured with electric gates . Good location for the midlands especially the NEC Point to note showers are metered and cost 50 p

It's a Site which people that only use main sites would love.

Great site, and a very warm welcome when we arrived. Site was very clean. The Toilet facilities were clean and well maintained, the only down side would be for people which may not wish to use mixed facilities. Access to the site, was through an electronic security gate, the only down side is when you arrive. When we arrived, because we could not access the site until we had knocked on the house door, no one could exit the site as the road is not wide enough for passing traffic. There is noise from the main road that runs parallel with the site and some noise from aircraft, but does not take anything away from the site. This site would be perfect for the mainsiter's, which want to experience CL's. It's a lot more organised than some of the CL's we have been to. Will be returning if we are returning to the Area.

Conveniently located site

Stayed here for a week and it was so convenient located to visit Stratford, Kenilworth, Leamington and Coventry.  Good bus links from Kenilworth. Well looked after site with additional benefits of toilets, shower and electric gates.

Handy for the NEC

Nicely kept site with good facilities and secure entrance gate, ideal for leaving your van all day while visiting the NEC. Some road and aeroplane noise, but hey, you're surrounded by fields, yet nearly in Birmingham.

the croft drum lane

stayed  at the croft for 3 nights in oct 2015 we found the owners friendly and helpful the site was clean and tidy also had security gates  the facilities was clean and tidy overall a most enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to stay again
