Perfect!

Stayed here 5 nights at the end of August 2019. We were met on arrival by Steve who was very friendly and helpful. He showed us to our pitch. All pitches are hardstanding with waste, water and electric to each pitch. The pitches are quite level and the views over to the Orkneys are fabulous. The grass areas are immaculate. Access to the site is easy and the site directions excellent. It's well off the main road so you only get local traffic passing the site so it's quiet and peaceful. Most noise came from the sheep in the field opposite the site. There's plenty to see and do around the site. A trip to Orkney is a must and well worth the money. These go from John O'Groats which is about 6 miles away. The Castle of Mey is within walking distance and again is worth a visit. There are supermarkets in Thurso (12-13 miles away) . Plenty of wildlife was on show close by the site, birds, seals on the beach nearby. Steve & Kirsty work very hard to keep the site well presented and deserve every success.
