Lovely CL at the rear of a fabulous pub serving specialty beers, good wines and great food. Gets very busy so book. The site is far enough away from any pub noise, easy enough access to extra large hard standings. Water and electric to each pitch with wonderful rural views on three sides. Well maintained grounds with grass areas for sitting on during good weather. Large bin for rubbish and well constructed toilet sluice and area for grey waste disposal which doesn't involve trying to lift a full container as on some sites. This area is well screened from the rest of the site and not just an afterthought. Plenty of dog friendly pubs in the area the Moorcock Inn at Eggleston is one but many more. Great to stay in the summer months but would be very good in winter months because the access and pitches are well drained. Pitch 5 has the largest grass area, pitch one the least. Will definitely be here again.
