Fantastic CL, Hard Standing Serviced Pitch was better than most large sites offering the same facility. Pat and Steve have certainly given this small site lots of thought as they cater for all needs including disabled facilities. The Shower rooms are the largest I have come across anywhere and a valuable option. The wildlife area is a tranquil and very interesting area which allows you sit and take stock of life surrounded by Hares, Rabbits, Deer and numerous Moths and Butterflies, depending on the season. The fishing lake is also very well located. If interested in nature Steve is very knowledgeable and willing to chat about it. This was the most relaxing stay we have had anywhere. I just wish is was nearer to home so we could visit more often, a long drive from hilly Devon to this large flatland. Steve and Pat, you could certainly teach other people on how to set up a wonderful CL, thank you very much.

Lovely site and perfect host
We stayed here in September and it was everything we hoped for. Well kept and quiet. Steve was very welcoming and works very hard keeping the site nice. As CL owners ourselves we understand the hard work involved in keeping the site so neat and 'tidy' for visitors. The adjoining lake and nature area was good to wander round and appreciate. We did not use the toilet and shower facilities but have no doubt they would have been immaculate if they were anything like the rest of the CL. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this lovely CL site. Very well kept and excellent fishing. Friendly and helpful owners. Could not fault it in any way.

The Grange CL, nr Diss....Fine site.
The CL is easily access off the B1134, and has 2 HS pitches as well as a large grass paddock with multiple EHU points so plenty of choice for siting ones unit. There are hedges all around the site which do offer some protection from the wind but restrict any view of the surrounding countryside. The large nature reserve is very well set out and grand for a walk with one's dog, as there are no footpaths/pavements directly outside of the site. We have not noticed any excessive road noise, but perhaps that's because we are not here in the harvesting season. For those that need provisions there's a new Lidl and a Waitrose at Wymondham, where there is also an interesting Abbey. The owners are very friendly and helpful and I can recommend this site to anyone who wants to stay in this area.
Delightful Site with Pleasant Hosts visited 5 Nights in July 2019
This site is very well kept by the owners, it offers large pitches with a choice of how to position your unit to allow sunshine or shade under the tall well maintained hedges. The toilets and showers are 1st class and are an optional extra for which a small fee is paid if you choose to use them. The fishing lake is laid out well with nature and conservation in mind. Yes there is some traffic noise in the afternoon when people are commuting and it should be expected that during harvest the modern farm machinery can create noise and they will work well into the night. This has to be accepted and with windows shut it is minimal. overall we loved it. We were exploring my fathers birthplace in a nearby village and cycling around was easy once we were off the B Road,
Nearby Long Stratton offers a half hour bus service into Norwich and there are plenty of free parking places in the village. We had 2 massive thunderstorms during the night with torrential rain but the grass showed no sign of water by the morning the pitches are all very flat and firm. There are 2 hard standing pitches available in bad weather but these are a bit nearer the road.
Norfolk villages still offer a link to rural England from past years and are all worth exploring, this site offers an ideal location to base yourself for this. Lowestoft and the east coast are within a 30 mile drive.
Surprisingly Noisy
Lovely site with well kept lawns and hedges etc. Easy to find following the directions given the site is in the middle of the countryside however it is a very noisy site. The road noise is quite loud at all times especially early mornings with lots of lorries and farm tractors going past. This coupled with chain saws, mowers, tractors made it quite a noisy site.
Would visit again as it is one of the nicest sites we have been to, did not visit the wildlife area but will do next time.
Stayed here again.
Stayed another weekend at the cl. It is brilliant. So relaxing and the wildlife area is brilliant. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Fabulous. .....

A SORROWFUL REVIEW
This is an extraordinary cl. Not only has it got everything you could ask for, and everything is immaculate, plus it has its own wildlife walks. From going in to leaving nothing is too much trouble for Pat and Steve. Tons of room on a well cared for lawn, electrics, water and elsan all easy to get and of course immaculate. Within easy reach of places to visit within Norfolk but I think it is better as a chill out zone. Just sit by their fishing lake and watch the insects and birds go past, follow the little paths round the field, very relaxing. Why did I put A SORROWFUL REVIEW . Well anyone who reads this will make a booking making it harder for me to return to the best cl I've been to. CARAVAN CLUB please take note. Why are other cl sites not as good as this.

Genuinely lovely
We have just returned from a wonderful first visit to this immaculately maintained, peaceful site. Pat and Steve were extremely friendly and welcoming and the facilities were spotless. The pitches were generous and the outlook from each was lovely.
My husband was keen to try a spot of fishing in the well stocked pond, located in the tranquil wildlife meadow beyond the gate of the cl field - he wasn't disappointed with the results!
The surprisingly pleasant town of Diss is only 7 miles from the site and has a great selection of well known shops and supermarkets, as well as a number of smaller, specialist outlets.
We can be quite particular about certain aspects of sites we like to stay on and this one did the job for us! We hope to return in 2018.
A lovely CL
Visited June 2017.
Little to add to the other reviews, very nice, very well kept and clearly much loved by the owners. Much daily maintenance going on.
Very nice wildlife area (much credit) and great on site walk for the dogs (on leads as was nesting time). The fishing pond holds very very tame carp, they come to you slurping at the surface when stood at the side and they are obviously hand fed regularly, very pleasant but no challenge for anyone fishing.
Very very reasonable basic price for pitch & electric on this lovely site but it is extra charge for an awning & shower block use. No groundsheets in awnings and no heaters in awnings was listed on site rules on reception door.
Very friendly and amiable owners.
Very much recommended !
