Stayed 13th and 14th June 2021.

We were on our way towards the Welsh borders and needed a CL with electric hookup before a few days without. We also needed somewhere with an interesting town within walking distance as our dog is sadly unable to walk too far now. This CL fitted the bill perfectly ! A medium size field with flat areas around the central group of trees. We didn't meet the owner Ben, but he responded very quickly to messages on his mobile. We couldn't seem to get a secure network connection anywhere to enable us to pay him by bank transfer, so ended up paying cash through the door. Turn left out of the site entrance and it's a 5 minute walk down the hill along the road with pavement or turn right and you find the Worcestershire Way public footpath which leads into the town of Bewdley. Which we've never visited before. A delight ! A lovely riverside walk with a couple of pubs and Cafe's. It helped enormously that the weather was gorgeous !
