The Horns Dam

We have just returned from first visit to the Horns Dam CL where we were immediately impressed by the tidiness of the site and the warm welcome extended by the owners, Mr and Mrs Fletcher. There is a choice of grass or hard-standing pitches which are level and with lake views. We found the toilet and shower facilities to be clean and well maintained. There is a pub conveniently situated at just a 10 minute walk from the site. We are not anglers ourselves but course fishing enthusiasts have the choice of four well-stocked lakes/ponds which are maintained by the owners. The site is for adults only which is probably for the best when considering safety aspects. This was our first visit but we shall definitely be back for more. Almad
