Had a lovely welcome from George the site warden, who showed us options of where we could pitch. The site is large and deliberately left to nature, with some areas where the grass is cut, to pitch. The price includes electricity, so is very good value for money. There is easy access by car to Northampton, and its a short walk through a meadow to The Walnut Tree Inn in Blisworth, which serves lovely food. I believe there is also another pub in Gayton Now that trains are back on schedule there is some train noise, but we didn't find it too disturbing. The approach roads to the site involve some narrow blind bridges, but the road traffic isn't too bad. Enjoyed staying there and intend returning.
