We enjoyed our stay on this small CL situated at the end of the village of Grimston. The CL only accepts 4 units as space is at a premium, although there is sufficient space between outfits to be able to breathe. All pitches are north facing across agricultural land but each pitch is on a slope, mostly south to north but some slightly slope west to east as well. We were able to pitch without the need for levelling blocks but not sure how some outfits would manage and probably not the best site for any larger motorhomes. In any case all pitches are on grass and the entrance area can get a bit wet. Speaking of the entrance, you approach the site down a narrow track of about 250 yards, around the back of some houses that front the main street. When we arrived there were 2 cars parked on this lane, both fortunately with their wing mirrors in and we just squeezed past with only a couple of inches to spare. we were probably unlucky as for the rest of our week long stay there were no cars parked there at all. The lane also has a bend in it so take extra care on approach and also at the entrance to the CL as well which is a little tight but manageable. The site is quite well protected from winds from the south by a large hedge, from the west by a large tree and the east by houses but will be exposed to Northerly winds. All services are easily accessible and well looked after and the owners are friendly. Please remember that there is only 10 amps on this site. The site is very peaceful and there is hardly any noise. You could quite easily walk to the village shop and pub and the local bus will take you into Kings Lynn. Sandringham and other well known Norfolk locations are handy and there are 2 caravan dealers with small accessory shops in the area. All in all a pleasant place to stop.
