We have been caravanning on CLs for many years and we've found many good sites, a few not so good, and award winning sites that haven't been as good as others have obviously thought. This site hasn't won any awards but believe you me, it most certainly should have. The owners are very friendly but not in your face! They take a real pride in their CL which is immaculate. The site is spacious, you can choose your own pitch, the grass is cut short and is absolutely flat. Like other reviewers have said it is so peaceful, no road noise all you hear is the birds and the bells, which aren't too noise. There are NO Showers and No Toilets which makes it just the perfect CL for us! Will we be back, YES bet your life we will, just peace and Tranquillity and oh yes the Alpacas which are worth seeing!
