Quiet and simple
Great location but no views. Access to walks and coast. Great pub and shop. Everything we needed but no views unless you stand in the doorway. Phone and tv signal fair. Getting around this area became an issue with endless narrow roads and high hedges, quite stressful at times but that’s Devon for you. It’s not an area we would return to - avoid using Satnav and trust in your maps and instructions from the owner. Sandy Lane needs to be removed from satnav vocabulary.
