We had booked in for 3 nights, but after one night we had to move on. The site is on a very sloping field , we did know there was some slope. However, the weather had created a very soft, slippery surface, covered in huge muddy molehills. We have a 7.5 metre unit and even with our large ramps, it was impossible to be stable. The site, in our opinion , was unusable at this time and not a pleasant experience. However, at another time, minus the mud, I'm sure it's pleasant enough. The owners were reasonable about the situation. However, in our opinion, this is not a £15 a night site by any stretch of the imagination. In the middle of nowhere, which is fine, but no real facilities. Plus only half the field was mown. Disappointing.
