We were the second visitors to this new CL and the couple who arrived the day before us thought exactly the same about the the place. Beautiful. We stayed 6 nights initially, went home due to prior commitments and came back the next week for a further 6 nights. That says it all really. Very warm welcome from lovely owners who enjoy living in this peaceful valley and are happy to share it with others. Set at the top of a sloping field, protected from northerly winds by hedges and trees, the site has lovely south facing views across the wooded valley. You will need levelling blocks due to slope,and if using satnav from Monmouth follow owners directions, continuing until you see the sign to Whitebrook. If you take earlier left turns signposted Penallt you will encounter narrow lanes. We will be back again to see the autumn colours which will only enhance the already lovely view.
