Great little site
We stayed here in July 2015 and would definitely return. We had a lovely meal, good beer and an excellent welcome at The Plough in the village, its an easy walk but make sure you book because they get very busy.
We caught the bus into Newark. You need to ring up the bus Co (Travel Wright) to ensure that the bus comes to the village. There is a stop near the CL as well as one near the pub.
