A lovely site

We have stayed here several times and always have a warm welcome from Sarah. The pitches are flat and well spaced out, and the grass nicely cut. Our children love seeing the horses, and having freedom to run around. It is close to the coast, so ideally situated. We will be back soon.

great site

Just arrived home after a 6 day stay on this great CL. The site is kept lovely, grass cut short and found the drainage excellent even after bad storm. Sarah is very helpful and greats you on your arrival with local information and calls to say goodbye. Must mention the fresh eggs they are great. Keep up the good work Sarah. See you next time. Great site Sarah is a great host, evening before we left came and thanked us for using her site to even better that four days later a letter arrived at home again to thank us. The site is well kept with well cut short grass. Will use again. Thanks Sarah

Excellent site

This site is located in the midst of about five other CLs along the B1355, and in our view is better than most of them and as good as any. It is spacious and well shielded from the (quite busy) B1355 unlike some of the others. It is also flat. Fresh eggs are available daily, and Sarah takes great pins to ensure your stay is happy and trouble free. The grass is kept in excellent condition, and we will be regular visitors from now on as we come for the excellent birding on the north Norfolk coast.

Overbooking

I called the owner of this site to enquire about possible availability during the next couple of weeks as we were looking for a four or five night break. Very surprised to be told that yes, she could accommodate us, but it would mean more than five vans on site, but that wasn't an issue. When I expressed surprise at this, she told me she couldn't afford to miss out on a week's booking just because of CC rules! I did not book, as we have previously been on sites where the owner paid no regard to the number on site, and one occasion there were nine vans/motorhomes pitched. Totally unacceptable.

Just what we wanted .

The site is ideal for the north Norfolk coast. Sarah was most helpful, recommending where to eat and where to walk the dog . The site is level and well maintained. One of the best CLs I have visited .

Happy customer!

We booked up at the last minute and the owner said that we could turn up as early as we liked as there was a space. We knew she would be off site when we arrived, the owner called later in the day and was very friendly and helpful. The site is all you could ask for, flat and nicely kept. 100 yards up the road is a nice footpath which you can walk for some distance. Ideally situated for much of the North Norfolk Coast and Sculthorpe Moor is close by. Site owner made a point of saying goodbye. And a first for us, we even had a letter in the post a few days later from the site owner thanking us for using her site. Would have no problem going back!
