Lovely week at Toynes House CL

We arrived at the site and we’re welcomed by our name on a chalk board at the entrance to the site. We found a lovely spot in the grounds which were very rustic and peaceful. We were welcomed by Bruce, who was very friendly and explained what was available on the site and told us about local attractions. Our pitch was fully serviced and Bruce had even installed Wi-Fi recently. Waste bins were close by so everything was to hand. While at Toynes house we visited, Restormel castle, the Eden project, the lost Gardens of Heligan, the beautiful local town Fowey and made a visit to St Austell. On our last day as suggested by Bruce we took the ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey harbour and we’re delighted to see dolphins en route. There are no walks from the site but a bus stop is only about 5 minutes away so very convenient. A lovely week here and would thoroughly recommend it,
