If you are looking for military precision line ups and mowed lawns, look elsewhere! This is an unspoilt CL in a setting with so much nature and stunning surroundings, fantastic views of the countryside, and down the river to Padstow, plenty of space, rabbits visiting at night and egrets wading in the estuary fishing. Very quiet as the lane only services a few properties. If you have young children, note there is water in the old slate quarry and of course, the huge river estuary. The site is sloping in places which adds to the character. The owner was friendly and very helpful with arrival instructions. We enjoyed every moment, sit down by the river as the tide comes in with a cup of tea or glass of wine if you like, you'll probably not see anyone! There are some very nice subtle touches that the owner has done here, you notice them, we did. We would like to return soon, Thank you for this CL!
