Good CL

A very good CL site, easily accessible via short, wide, private road off two way road. Direct access to dog walks and within Wareham Forest where there are loads of walking and cycling routes. Lots of other places of interest are within easy reach - Corfe Castle, Luworth Cove etc. We visited in October half term after a lot of rain and the ground was quite soft, but there is a hardstanding track at the top of the field which we stayed on and had no issues. The owner, Jayne, was on hand when needed (she took our battery away for charging), provided all the needed information before arrival and then left us to it.

A gem of a sight!

Just returned from 3 nights at Trigon Farm ... what a lovely CL! We didn't see the owner, but had received helpful and informative emails prior to our visit explaining everything, there is also information on the board as you enter the site. So peaceful here, waking up to cows in the adjoining field and clear starlit skies at night was just fantastic. We parked at the top of the field as it had been wet, but on the grass and did have a few difficulties getting back out. I would recommend the hard standing track if lots of rain is forecast and you don't have a 4x4! Swanage is an easy drive and so is the tiny village of Corfe Castle which is just beautiful - the National Trust tea shop is a must to visit, great views of the castle and lovely food. The only downside and this is no reflection on the CL - other members not putting their dogs on a lead, then letting them wander the site first thing to do their business. Not nice campers. Thank you Jayne for a lovely stay. We will definately be back!

Trigon Farm

Lovely peaceful site , neat and tidy , plenty of space , pitch where you like. Easy access and good facilities. Well positioned for Wareham which is a good place to chill and stroll. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily return. We met Jayne who was helpful and obviously spends time keeping the site up to scratch.

Great CL in a fantastic location

Very spacious CL surrounded by trees and overlooking a field. Owner is very friendly and visits to greet you and ensure all is okay. A lovely location if you just want to relax or if you are more active. There are miles of tracks directly from the site across beautiful moorland and forest. Site is also within very easy reach of several places of interest including Corfe Castle, Swanage, Poole, Wareham as well as many great places to eat and drink. There’s so much to do in the area we did not cover it all in one week and will definitely be back again!

Peaceful site with lovely views

We love this site and have stayed here a couple of times before. The field is large and there is plenty of space to site vans. The site is ideal as a base to visit many local attractions. We visited Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Lulworth Castle. We use this site as a stop over on our way to Cornwall as it is about half way for us, travelling from West Sussex. The site has all the usual facilities and is set on a large estate with lovely views and plenty of good walks nearby. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Peaceful overnight stay

We wanted to spend a night in this area which was close to a festival we were attending the following day. It was a very spacious site. We were welcomed shortly after arrival by Jayne who was very friendly. Basic amenities as you would expect for this reasonable price. It was very peaceful and nice views. Handy access to Wareham for shopping.

Peace and quiet

If it’s peace and quiet you want this really is the place. A lovely large flower covered meadow surrounded with trees, and looks onto a field where you can watch Sika deer. Great access to walks and bike routes in the Forest, well positioned to explore isle of Purbeck and surrounding area. Basic facilities but thats all you need. Really love it here, so relaxing, definitely will be back.

Perfect place to stay

Large open field, surrounded by forest walks. Loads of space. Great for visiting a good variety of places. Close to Arne nature reserve, coastal paths and beautiful beaches, or spend every day on a different walk in Wareham Forest. Will definitely be returning.

Trigon Farm rural Dorset

Stayed for 4 nights. Large field with water and chemical disposal. Plenty of space between units in fact the greatest distance I've come across. Very quiet. We walked the path around the vast estate, the weather was poor so restricted our time walking. We never met Jayne the hostess as she was busy preparing a tent campsite, but bumped into the former lady of the estate, who told us about the estate. I will go back probably next year during our annual pilgrimage to Monkey World
