We were made very welcome. The site has everything you need on a CL. It’s peaceful with lovely views and easy access. We will certainly be visiting again. We would recommend this site.
Thank you Mark & Michelle.
Can’t fault this lovely little site
I had a 1 night stop over at this great little CL. Mike was welcome in and helpful, and the site was well kept, neatly presented waste and water areas, and lovely views. I only stayed for the evening so can’t comment on the wider area but my expectations of a CL were all met. I found the pitch easy to access, level enough to not require the blocks I had packed (I only have a VW T5) and the driveway was plenty big enough. Would recommend.
Great little site
Just left this site after a long weekend stay. I would recommend others to stay here and will definitely return. The site is not large but there is enough room between the hard standing patches to allow privacy. The pitches are slightly sloping but this is easily overcome with the use of leveling ramps or blocks. If peacefulness and beautiful countryside is what you seek then this site will suit your needs. Facilities are tidily arranged and cleaned regularly by the owners who are very friendly and happy to recommend local pubs/restaurants and places to visit. Great walks are close by along the canal or river Usk. Overall a great great place to stay!

Gem
Had a lovely peaceful stay. Friendly and helpful greeting from Mike as well as our neighbouring campers.
The two sheep in the next field was almost as friendly and very amusing with the bird life abundant.
Everything neat and tidy as well as spotless. Ideal place to get away with many walks and convenient towns and villages easily nearby (although sitting on site you would never think so).
Loved our stay , will definitely considering returning.
Peaceful location
Well maintained and family run basic site with everything you need for the self contained van. Great location with easy access to walks straight from the site and much more if choosing to use a vehicle. Peaceful and pleasant surroundings with uninterrupted 360 degree views. What more could you ask for? Definitely recommend for anyone wishing to get away from it all for a break of any duration.
Lovely site, in a great location
We spent four nights here and can highly recommend it.
It is a peaceful site with great views and easy access to the surrounding area. There are some wonderful walks and the owners (and their extended family) are very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions of interesting places to visit.
Thank you very much, we hope to come back again very soon.

Outstanding
We stayed here for nearly 10 days. The Coopers couldn’t have been more accommodating.. it was just what we needed.... it’s lovely and quiet.
We will be back time and time again...
Thanks for your hospitality.
Lovely scenery but noisy at times
Lovely little CL with excellent views and easy access to a host of places. However, it was very noisy at peak travelling times. Although being situated on a small lane, this was used as a rat run. Apart from that all good.
Autumn Colours
This CL is close to some beautiful countryside and walks on the River Usk and Brecon canal. Good golf course a short distance away. Very welcoming. The pull in is very good from the narrow road with plenty of room to pull in off the road. The owners very kindly did not put up the price for the time we were there (early November) but having said that, the electric supply was a bit low and we could not have used any extra electricity anyway because the trips kept going. Fortunately we were the only ones on the site and could move our cable the three times this happened. We were not pulling much electricity anyway (no more than say 8amps) and had to be careful to switch off the water heater when using anything else. I think they need to look at their supply to the trips. We would, though, be more than happy to use this CL again.

peaceful site for CL
having arrived, from Essex, welcomed very nicely on site & very helpful too. The site has 5 hard standing pitches for wheels, made of paving slabs leaving grass for awning to peg down. The grass did have alot of clover on it, because of the hot weather, but when it is cut, it is lovely for chairs tables etc outside. The only neighbours you have are the sheep in the next fields, but other than that, chill out & relax,do your own thing,BBQ & a glass of wine, lovely and peaceful, highly recommend, also the little town of Abergavenny is not far away, its well worth a vist, nice shops & very friendly there as well.
