Wonderful site

If there are friendlier owners of a CL in 30 years of caravanning I have yet to find them. They could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We booked for a week and stayed for two. The views are amazing from the hardstanding pitches. The water stand is near the pitches but the clean toilets and showers are in cabins by the farm which is a short walk as is the toilet emptying point. You do need to have a well balanced outfit to tow up the 20% long hill climb out of Colwyn Bay but it is worth it. Next year they are planning to have a 3 bedroom house to let which will be great for caravaners with non caravaning friends.

Just what I was looking for :)

I loved this camp site - beautiful views, small and quiet, lovely owners, etc. etc. Clean toilets and showers. Came back feeling very chilled :) Would highly recommend. Local pub does excellent food but be warned the portions are large !

Stunning

My wife and I have just spent 12 nights at this lovely CL, If you want relaxation in a stunning rural location, with views to die for plus separate Ladies and Gents showers and toilets on a well managed CL, run by two of the nicest owners you will come across, then this is the CL to choose, A visit to the local pub (Holland Arms) at the bottom of the lane is a must.

Great CL - Very dog friendly!

Just returned from a super 6 days at Ty Ni. Before we booked, I asked about the dogs (we have 4) and whether we could put up a windbreak to keep the dogs enclosed. Unike many CLs, there was no problem. As it was we didn't put up the garden as it wasn't needed. We were even allowed to run the dogs in an empty field! Carolyn was very helpful, suggesting local walks and places to go. One day we took 4 dogs and 2 ducks for a walk... Wish we'd had a camera! Lots of toilets and showers. Lots of peace and quiet... Perfect! Would recommend the local pub/restaurant.. Food is amazing! Not what you'd expect in a country pub miles from the nearest town!
