What a delightful find! We have visited Angelsey before and it is a truly beautiful place you can't get tired of. The campsite was easy to get to and welcoming. The site has one large flat field perfect for the kids to expend their energy and a classic old school park rescued from retirement and rejuvenated, which is perfect given the museum attached. The place is peaceful and the views incredible. The cafe, with superb and good priced food was, the icing on the cake - the breakfast is not to be missed. The facilities are very good given some CLs don't provide more than water and perhaps electricity! The pitches are excellent and, provided everyone can work out the markings, properly well spaced out! The dogs had a great time and with so many places to walk on the island you don't need more than the field to trot round on a lead first thing and before bedtime. We would come again without hesitation. Also look out for the amazing Isle of Anglesey home-made soap in their bathrooms which they sell in the shop!
