Good welcome and lovely site Grand daughter loved going up to see the horses in the stables (keep behind the fence) and by the end knew all their name and fed most carrots with owners permission When that was not enough walk out of the gate and across the road are new forest ponies by the score Having been there on the hottest days of the year we went down to a shaded stream about half a mile away and along with about 20 others she had great fun -- especially when the stream gets taken over by horses or cattle in need of a drink A timeless scene which I remember from my child days in the forest Lovely flat site clean facilities great location If very hot try and book pitch under trees,as that shelters you from the sun up to midday
