Arrived on site and started setting up, when to our horror both front corner steadies failed - sheared sliding nuts. Along comes Jacky who did her level best to help me, she then contacted Richard, who after assessing the issue went and got a trolley jack, and raised the van. All of our blocks, and several from Richard, we managed to get the van relativel level. The trolley jack remained on one side to retain stability. Richard very kindly came to help us as we left site at the end of our stay. The site is very well maintained. It is in a peacefull setting, so important as we have a dog who is quite anxious. The toilet block and shower are spotlessly clean, and water and waste disposal facilities are excellent. Camilla, Richard and Jacky made us so very welcome, and we are, and were so appreciative of their help and advice.
