We have EHU, a water tap and Grey waste drainage at ALL of our 5 pitches. The grey waste drainage at the pitches is a few strides from the pitch. We have had many Caravans AND motorhomes bring a grey waste pipe and connect directly into the grey waste drainage throughout their stay. Other guests have either used their grey waste containers to walk the few strides to the grey waste drainage at the pitch OR as you advised used a bucket to empty the grey waste. We DO NOT advertise that we have a grey waste disposal emptying point for motorhomes!

As ALL our 5 pitches are fully serviced, hardstanding and we have a hard packed track into the field which allows us to stay open all year and avoids anyone getting stuck in the field during the great Scottish weather. We also have a CWP for guests to empty their toilets, granted you have to walk up our track but we do provide guests with a trolley to make this as accessible and easy as possible. We can't change where our septic  tank is currently, without investing more money into buying and installing a 2nd septic tank!  We have only been open 2 years and each year we have invested time and money into making improvements to our site for guests to enjoy. 

We think our pitch fee of £15 (1st March - 31st October) is pretty reasonable considering we are fully serviced and have hardstanding pitches.
