Fast becoming our favourite site
The site is local to us but a great escape all the same. There are walks directly from the site and plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It is a dog free site, which is a big plus for us but can be hard to find. And although not a child free site (which we prefer) when we have stayed there has been no children, which in our experience definitely helps us feel like we’re on holiday!
To be honest we were in two minds about posting a review as we worry if it gets too popular we’ll never get a pitch, but as we rely on reviews to inform our site choices it’s only fair we spread the word, as it’s a great site with large pitches. There is a little road noise in the day but it’s very limited and extremely quiet from early evening, when occasionally planes can fly low overhead for short periods of time, but the same goes for across Norfolk, and they can be thrilling to watch for the few seconds they are visible!
