Brilliant place for some P&Q

This is a lovely site for some real Peace and Quiet. The beach is a matter of yards away and you can either plump for a walk towards Minsmere which tends to be quieter or towards Thorpness and further to Aldburgh. The pub is a genuine find. The beers are kept expertly and the food is good, wholesome, tasty and well priced. If you are around on Saturday go for the evening carvery or on Sunday the lunch. Both are fantastic but get a good appetite first. The landlord and landlady Trevor and Margaret will welcome you and are very good company to spend time in their pub, and it is probably the most dog friendly pub of all time. This is a pub you actually feel at home in. Music is a big feature with live music on a Friday - usually country / modern easy listening and very often with local musicians being accompanied by Trevor. If this CL is booked when you try to make a reservation try again it is well worth persevering to make a visit. Oh and don't worry about the power station - it won't bother you and it makes this CL probably one of the safest places in the country to stay. See you there.
