Decided to have a short 5 night break in early May at this site and it did not disappoint. Easy to find and close to seaside places of note such as Sutton-on-Sea, Mablethorpe, Moggs Eye, Anderby Creek and Chapel St. Leonards. Alford itself is a quiet town with a few shops and a decent CO-OP. Fortunately the weather was kind to us so we enjoyed sitting out, looking over the site and watching the horses play in the field opposite. Jill has a Shetland pony and a donkey who are both lovely animals. Jill herself was very welcoming and we enjoyed our chats together. We would certainly recommend a stay here.
