We have just experienced a very enjoyable 7-night stay, and have been impressed with the facilities on offer, especially the level hard-standing pitch we were on, with water and drainage to hand. The toilet and shower are clean and airy.The scenery is beautiful, and the tree-lined drive-way is pleasing to the eye. This is an excellent spot for exploring North Devon and Exmoor. The owners, Richard and Debbie made us feel very welcome, as did the farm hands we met. Our youngest son is really into agricultural machinery, especially tractors, and Richard very kindly made the time to take us for a ride in his tractor, which was an unexpected blessing and very much appreciated by our son (and me!). Note from eldest son, aged 12; “I had a great time! There were cows, horses, calves, and lots of wildlife including swallows to see. It was great!” We are looking forward to coming back next year, where we are hoping to stay for longer. Thoroughly recommended!
