Brilliant location for access to Cheddar attractions; walked across the fields to the top of the gorge to admire the views from Glastonbury Tor to the Bristol Channel, and followed the National Cycle way to Sandford, a terrific, mostly off road, route using information provided by the owners, small things like handing out maps etc make all the difference to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Close enough to walk to town to fetch fish and chips for supper. Road outside busy but quiet overnight, and if you read the information given to you it’s very easy to avoid the traffic. Already recommended to friends! And the ducks and chickens are adorable.
