Have to echo previous reviews for this lovely site. Flat site with hard standing and EHU. chickens and ducks wander freely around the site (so cute). Jen and Mick so helpful with lots of useful information on local area and leaflets and maps provided by Mick. We did the walk across the fields to the top of the gorge following step by step instructions (just be aware that an unhelpful farmed has fenced off part of the public path so we had to climb under a fence). Down the steps at the top (jacobs ladder) and rewarded with a drink at the pub. The site does have some road noise and care is needed when crossing as it is a busy main road but didn’t cause us any issues at all. We caught the bus to Wells which is worth a visit and cycled the strawberry line to sandford and the thatchers pub/brewery. We will definitely return and must commend Jen and Mick on the pristine presentation of the site. thank you both
