A Great CL Find

Just had a 2 night stay, as we wanted to visit friends in Market Drayton. Lovely farm setting, access very easy, even from the north from the A41. The bus stop was a 15 minute walk but easy on quiet roads. Nice welcome from the owners with their info pack. The black bear pub in Hodnet is recommended. Will re-vist again.

Lovely farm CL

Just had a long weekend here. Lovely farm setting - we had sheep and cattle for neighbours. Really peaceful site. Well drained field with lovely level ground, individual hook up at each pitch, two water points, good rubbish and waste disposal. Really well thought out. Highly reccomend this site

A Shropshire Gem

A very warm welcome from Mr & Mrs Bradley. Level open site with some hard standing. Great area for seeing Shropshire with easy access in all directions, south to Telford & Ironbridge Gorge, west to Shrewsbury, north towards Chester and east to Market Drayton and on to the Potteries. Local speciality foods available within easy reach. We shall return.

A First!

A first for us to be the first caravaners to use this lovely site and to have it all to ourselves over a bank holiday! Peaceful and all you need for a CL site. Lots to do locally, Hodnet gardens and Hawkstone follies close by. Surrounded by a wide choice of market towns and canals of north Shropshire to explore. Made very welcome by John and Liz who are more than willing to show you around their lovely garden and let you roam with your dog around their fields so long as no live stock in them. Highly recommend this CL, definitely will be returning.
