Lovely stay

Lovely stay - very warm welcome from Dean. Very informative welcome pack. Fabulous spacious pitch and equal to any fully serviced pitch we have ever stayed on. Fleccsi bus service good for Milford Haven and we had a nice walk to Sandy Haven beach, about 30mins. Would definitely stay again if we were in this area.

Perfectly peaceful

We have just returned from a 3 night break and enjoyed our stay. Friendly, helpful, host and a tidy site with views across the fields. Great to have such a large area left for guests to exercise their dogs. Excellent information provided in the welcome pack, particularly loved the details on all the local beaches and how far each was on foot from the site, which being keen walkers, was so useful. A good base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

Such a brilliant site for exploring Pembrokeshire

We had a brilliant 11 night stay at this site in August 2023 and agree with all the previous reviews, it’s a lovely, peaceful and well-maintained site with fully serviced pitches. Access is easy and the welcome information pack is really useful. The pitches are hard-standing and level, with lovely views over the fields. It’s very dog friendly, with a field available in front of the CL for walking them. The site is in such a good location for exploring Pembrokeshire, we had some lovely visits out to St. David’s, Stackpole and Angle, as well as exploring some of the more local beaches including Sandy Haven and Marloes. The welcome is really friendly and Dean seems genuinely invested in guests having a good time. We met several others who are repeat visitors and we intend to visit again next year. In short, I don’t think you could find a better CL to visit this lovely part of West Wales. Thanks again Dean and Sharon

The regular visitors are keeping quiet about this CL. It is too good to let the word out!

We prefer to use our own private facilities and always look for a level fully serviced pitch on a CL. Woody Kiln Farm CL more than met our discerning requirements and this is reflected in the number of repeat bookings there. Dean was a delightful host who ensured each day that we had no problems; nothing was too much trouble and he was constantly maintaining the site in his spare time. We were delighted that he allowed us to top up our hybrid car at a fair price which we would encourage others to copy. Quality fully serviced CLs are incredibly good value and we cannot recommend this one enough. The jewel in the crown for us was Woody Kiln Farm’s proximity to Skomer which we visited to see the delightful puffins, but you do need to book it months in advance. There are also multiple beautiful deserted sandy bays nearby.

Wonderful Woody Kiln

We received a warm welcome from Dean and Sharon who came over once we'd pitched up. The site has fully serviced, hard standing pitches with the other facilities all very close by. The site is clean and very well maintained with peaceful country views. A welcome pack includes local places to visit, nearby beaches and other site info. Dean popped over on the second evening and he was genuinely interested in ensuring everyone was ok - this is quite something as on lots of small sites, the owners are nowhere to be seen! We would recommend staying here as a great central location for exploring both south and north Pembrokeshire.

Amazing CL - tip top

What a lovely find - everything a motorhomer or caravaner could want. Fully serviced pitches 5*, peace and tranquility 5*, superb location 5* I could go on and on, but won't bore you. Needless to say our stay here, albeit short, was superb. The accolades and awards are well deserved. Thank you Dean and Sharon, we will return.

Relaxing site with great pitches

We spent five nights here over the New Year. Great fully serviced pitches, fast, free wifi and with nice view over three fields that can be used for dog walking. Good location for walks, bike rides (we used e-bikes which eat up the hills) and close to Pembroke and Milford Haven, both of which had motorhome parking. Great information pack and easy booking via the CL Booking app. Would visit again as plenty to see and do but also great site to just chill out on.

An absolute gem of a site

Woody Kiln Farm - We had a wonderful week exploring this part of Pembrokeshire using this site as our base - we wanted for nothing - excellent hosts - top of the range hard standing pitches surrounded by well kept fields that provided an excellent area for our dog to exercise in. The pitches included Wi-fi, TV connection, grey waste point, water and electric - the pitches location provided stunning views which in turn gave us glorious sunsets and sunrises. This is a gem of a site and we will be returning next year.

Wonderful site

We have had the most wonderful stay here at Woody Kilns. We have loved staying here and have already booked to come back next year. Dean , Sharon and Peter ( Dean’s Dad ) work so hard to maintain the high standards. They are all so friendly and welcoming ! The provision of individual water , drainage , WiFi and digital tv connection is fantastic. The site is immaculate and the acres of beautifully mowed fields for the dogs to run freely on are fantastic. It is so peaceful here and there is a beautiful pond which attracts all sorts of wildlife including Dragonflies and Swifts. The hedgerow beside us is a hive of activity for Sparrows , Bluetits , Robins , Doves , Chaffinches to name a few and have loved just sitting and watching them. There is a lovely walk from the site to the local beach at Sandy Haven which is beautiful. The site is also the perfect location to explore all of a Pembrokeshire and the beautiful coastline and even though we have been here over 3 weeks still have lots of places we still haven’t been able to fit in. The beaches here are just outstanding and the best we have ever been to in the UK. Milford Haven Marina is lovely too and have been there numerous times for a walk and a coffee. Would highly recommend St David’s , Tenby , Fishguard , Pembroke and Picton Castles and the beaches at Sandy Haven , Barafundle , Marloes , Dale and West Angle were our favourites. There is also a bonus on site Beauty Salon and had my nails done as a real treat with Eryn Sharon’s daughter ! There is an on site shop with a book swap and lots of different caravan essentials along with fresh milk and butter and the provision of a freezer !! Thank you Dean and Sharon for the perfect stay and can’t wait to come back in 2023 !!

Spot On.

If you want to visit this beautiful part of the country I challenge you to find a better site. Great location, with St Davids, Tenby, Pembroke Castle and a host of beaches all within an easy drive. Several decent walks to beaches from the site, and a large supermarket and petrol station less than 3 miles away. The site is easy to find - no narrow lanes if you follow the directions given - with straight forward access from the road. The pitches are fully serviced, on a gentle slope with hard standing and grass for each one. The outlook from the van is very pleasant and fast, free wifi is available. The owners, Dean and Sharon, are lovely. Always knocking about and available but without being overbearing. There is a welcome pack provided and an information room where a few essential items can be purchased.
