Second visit

A very friendly welcome from owners, who are also dog friendly. Lovely old pub with great food and hospitality. Well kept spacious site in field behind the pub, hedges screen the pub and children's pay area. Clean on site toilet. We liked it the first time we stayed, loved it the second time, peaceful, tranquil and central for exploring.

A great overnight stop

This CL is situated in a lovely area, beautiful villages with picturesque thatched cottages. The CL field is at the back of the pub, away from the road & in the beer garden is also a small children's play area. There was a clean outside toilet & a toilet disposal room. The owners/landlords were lovely & the pub felt very welcoming with cosy log fires. The menu was good & the food was excellent, it may be wise to book as they are very popular. Lovely locals in there too, all in all a great stopover.
