Wow what a lovely site. Travelling from Lincolnshire the journey because of traffic was slow. It was therefore great to be welcomed by someone who was friendly and happy to be of help. The site is spotlessly clean. The team working there are knowledgeable and keen to ensure your stay goes well. For example we were not keen on our pitch and we managed to get it changed. Our front locker hinge broke and we didn’t have a drill with us. One of the team let us borrow his and offered to help. The walk to the station and small shopping area is about 10 mins so really once you get there you don’t need to move your car until you leave. We usually choose CL sites but I definitely will be booking Abbey Wood again, no more London hotels for us! 😀
