This site must be a motorhomers dream. The nearness to the city of Bristol by either foot, water taxi or the normal bus. We walked in on the first day and enjoyed the exercise, the following day we caught the bus from outside the site into the centre of Bristol, what could be easier. A short bus ride from the city centre is the village of Clifton with its famous suspension bridge. If you feel energetic you can easily walk back from Clifton to the club site.
As a site goes it is up to the usual site standards it was a pity that some light fingered club member decided that a shower head from the gents showers would be better placed in his unit rather than leave in place where it belonged. When the showers are 30? down it makes a diffence so thanks to the wardens for rectifying the situation quickly and thanks to the light fingered club member - you know who you are!!
What more can I say, the perfectly location club site, well managed but unfortunately soon to close, it will be sadly missed. We have booked our next visit to Baltic before it closes for good.
Great Site
Easiest site to book into. Relaxed helpful wardens on hand.
This site needs to be kept open. Bristol City Council have no idea what income is generated by visitors to this location, spreading the word of why Bristol is a great destination for a break.
Also the locals either side of the site prefer the peace and quiet of the site rather than yet another apartment block springing up in its place.
Christmas Treat
Had a lovely break.
Have been coming to this site for a good few years and enjoy returning on a regular basis.
Never disappointed with this site as it has everything for a good break.
Look forward to returning again soon.

disappointed
The site is a valuable asset to the club & will be a great loss to tourism in Bristol, with the SS Gt.Britain and the town so close. Town planners need to think again.

Its Excellent - What can I say!!
Yet again Baltic Wharf surpasses all expectations. Clean, tidy, welcoming what more can we ask for? Access by foot to cinema, theatre, "grain barge". What more can one ask for? It makes for an excellent weekend. Give it a try while you still have time.

Xmas
Once again had a wonderful time with very helpful wardens. a very great shame that the site is going to close.Only complaints are that members book awning sites when they don't have any intention of pitching one and I feel that there should be some deposit made on bookings on such popular sites as there seems to be lots of cancellations made without very good reasons.

Criminal
How can the Bristol City Council still be looking at building a school on this site. This site is always full, and the location is second to none, we use it for site seeing shopping and just lazy days around the water. Cannot wait until our next weekend. Wake up BCC to the little gem and the income brought in
New year 2015
We had a delightful time here. The wardens were very helpful and pro-active. We could have done with a better signage when coming through Bristol but overall our experience was wholly positive. What a terrible shame that the Club is to lose this quite excellent location.
christmas on Baltic Wharf
Just to say we had a wonderful holiday at Baltic wharf over christmas the wardens are great and helpful easy to get into the the city used the boat and bus outside the site its such a shame that this site may be lost all the locals ie the cottage pub (good food) the ferry boats and local shop do not want it to close and have made complaints to the council to keep it open lets hope they win its always hard to get a pitch because its so popular
