We have visited Baltic Wharf since 1988 and this site still ticks all the boxes for us, our children still come and visit either by staying with us in our motorhome or by visiting by train and boat or train and bus. We either visit the many coffee shops or eating places in and around the city on our electric bikes or by the ferry that stops almost outside the back gate and also a great place for shopping. On one occasion we stayed because it was convenient for the hospital for an annual appointment but sadly on that occasion we lost our eldest dog due to ill health. The site is always welcoming with a floral display on arrival and well maintained shrubs, the hard standing pitches are always clean and tidy with an option to connect to the onsite tv reception from the electric bollards. The wardens Nick and Karen are very friendly and always have time for a five or ten minute chat filling us in with any local activities, the cleanliness of the site including the facilities is a reflection of their hard work and dedication to the club.
