Not a sea view

Came with expectation of sitting of an evening looking out at the view, this was not to be. Do not book a non-awning pitch (blue peg) hardstanding, if you are 7mtrs long. Your outlook will be a bank of weedy grass or trees as all the rest are awing pitches. False advertising comes to mind. We asked if we could change and pay the difference, yes we could. We were on the move all packed up and on the seaview pitch when we were told no, go back to your non view pitch. We have to keep one white peg pitch open in case someone has booked it. So back we went for 10 days of no view. Other people came and went over the time we were there with no visit from the site staff who knew we were unhappy with our pitch, other than constantly mowing, strimming or riding by on the tractor. We liked where the site is and would go back but they need to let people know that the only no-awning pitch with a sea view is very short and only a small caravan or campervan will fit on it. We also found that the cleaning routine was still only once a day, chewing gum found stuck to the wall of the urinal for 24hrs during covid is not reassuring. A few people on site did not follow the rules over covid.
