Despite visiting in late August we found the site had lots of room. The wardens were welcoming and pleasant and the site well kept. The site is flat and well laid out and has easy access, although some pitches are in rows on gravel, with no grass which is not for us but we found a nice pitch at the rear of the site. Blackpool is not for everyone but there is plenty to do there for all ages and children do love it and there are numerous other things in the area. The site is a short drive from the front. For those who have not tried it, I would give it a go for a few nights
