Its such a shame that this site is closing, and we had a very pleasant stay. Ideally placed for Blenheim and Oxford, the only real downside to this site is that the fact that is is between two major roads, and so is quite noisy during the day. The site itself is showing signs of lack of investment, but this is no surprise given that negotiations for its continuance have been ongoing for sometime, and have now failed.We had a fantastic grass pitch that was just lovely. The dog walk is good, and goes onto public land between the site and the Blenheim estate. Walks to Woodstock take about 20mins, and well worth the effort. The wardens are great. I had some Family business to attend to on our departure day, and asked if we could delay after 12 noon. No problem at all. As it happened, we were away for 12, but I really appreciate the support.
