Recently spent a week at this site and whilst well maintained by the Wardens, it is sadly outdated in many ways. The toilet block leaves alot to be desired. The shower cubicles are very small, inadequate in number, and whilst kept clean, contain a number of cracked tiles. 2 out of the 3 pot washing sinks had very poor water pressure, sometimes resulting in just a trickle. The wi-fi is limited. Whilst the speed is okay at the WiFi hotspot, there is no signal whatsoever some 25 mtrs from it, no chance of a signal back at the van. So if wanting to access the internet in the evening people have to sit outside, open to all the elements, in the dark. Not particularly 21st century. I appreciate a short term lease may affect spending plans but there is a danger of this site falling well behind the curve.
