Just had another lovely week away at the Blair Drummond Caravan site. Weather was pretty good considering the time of year. The Halloweeen attraction at the Safari park was enjoyable - but a little scary for some of the younger kids ! Arrived a little earlier than normal so was able to get a great pitch within the walls, used the site provided TV box, and it worked a treat - regular signal within the walls wasnt great for our van for some reason ( no charge to use the equipment - just a returnable deposit ) Allan, one of the wardens there was helpful as always and good for a chat on whats happening locally. On our last day, the water mains near the site ruptured unfortunately which made things tricky for toilets/water etc - but totally outwith the sites control. Most people were just getting on with it....hopefully it got fixed quickly. Be warned - no mobile chip shop now, as its the end of the season! Looking forward to our next trip to Blair Drummond next year !
