Fabulous site in the woods
What a lovely secluded site - we stayed in a pitch surrounded by the woods, just lovely with views of the red squirrels.
Great walk to Derwent Water with board walks to nearby hotels and also into the village.
Beware of the tight entrance across the bridge off the road from Keswick, especially challenging if you have a big outfit, at weekends when walkers seem to park everywhere.
Nevertheless a beautiful spot and as always great friendly wardens.
