Beacon bliss

Just spent the second stay at Brecon site in three weeks. Fantastic level site which is well kept, shower and toilet blocks are outstanding (5 star). Advantage of a site shop selling everything you may need including newspapers and an off licence. Dog walks are superb and there is a local pub 10 minutes walk away that is child and dog friendly. Lovely walk along the canal into Brecon, takes approximately 40/50 minutes. The wardens are fantastic, friendly, helpful and they keep the site very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this site as it is central to all of the Beacons walks and activities.

Lovely site

Decided to spend part of the October half term holiday in Brecon, chose this site as it looked an ideal location to visit some local attractions, and reviews looked good. Well, we certainly weren't disappointed. The site was clean and tidy, we had an all weather serviced pitch, which was very generous in size, the toilets were heated, showers hot and we're spotlessly clean, the dog walk at the back of the site was a lovely little walk through woods with a little stream that our dog and the kids enjoyed playing in, will definitely return to this site again.

Visit to Brecon with friends October 2015.

This was our first touring experience in our caravan so we decided not to travel too far away from home. We met up with friends who had used this site a number of times before and we were not disappointed.  The site is well located for walking into Brecon and is absolutely spotless.  The wardens were very friendly and we were really impressed.  So much so that we are going to book again for the Brecon Jazz Festival in August.  All in all a fabulous experience and a brilliant site.  We couldn't fault it.

Great Site

This is our second visit and the site is great for cycling along the towpath of the Brecon Canal. The Wardens are friendly and do a great job. A very clean and well kept site. Will certainly be back next year.

Excellent site.

We stayed here first week in October, the toilet/shower blocks were immaculate, the site is very clean and tidy. The location is marvelous for a walk into Brecon along the canal bank, or a cycle, the beacons are only a short distance away. We will definitely be returning soon.

Ist class site

Our first stay on this site, but definitely not our last. Everything from the friendly staff to the site and facilities was Ist class. Why oh why do these sad campers leave negative remarks in their visitors book. Just stay at home if you not happy with excellence. Well done and thankyou to all the staff at Brecon.

What a Superb Site

The Brecon Beacon Site is one of the best Caravan Club Site we have visited. The facilities are par excellence and wonderfully up to date. The shop was fantastic, why do other large sites not have this facility. Brecon is within easy walking distance, even for 70 year olds and the local pub , the 3 Horseshoes provided a fantastic Sunday Lunch. The pitches are level with plenty of space making setting up easy. Both I and my wife were most impressed. well done the CC and Wardens.

First class site

Stayed here for several days late September/early October. An excellent site with friendly, helpful staff. The toilet block we used was spotless. The entire site was very well maintained. Within easy walking distance of Brecon town along a most pleasant canal towpath. This path also doubles as a cycle route which can be followed for many miles towards Monmouth. All in all we had a first class stay at Brecon and we will be returning there.
