My wife and I stayed here between 17-21 May 2019. Stayed here last year when it was privately owned and this year we have noticed how it’s been opened up by the club, by trimming back the trees and hedge rows. We have several friends living locally so this location is ideal for us. The site is very clean and tidy. The wardens are very helpful and friendly. The pitches are a little tight for a caravan, awning and car and the electrics have a low amperage. The toilets were very clean but the design of the blocks are not quite to to the usual caravan club design. There is a licensed bar and restaurant on site, and several pubs serving great food within a few miles. A lovely site which is geared to adults. We didn’t see any children’s recreational facilities. . We will definitely use this site again
