This was our first visit to the Bridport Bingham site. The site is compact, but this also means it's quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome. If you love walking and the outdoors, there's lots to do. The beach at West Bay is stone's throw from the site. If you prefer town life, then there is Dorchester 15-20 minutes down the road. The only word of caution is that if you have a large outfit like we have (28ft x 8ft), you may struggle to get your caravan onto the available pitches during peak times. We have a Bailey Grande Turin and a hefty 4x4 to tow it, so getting both onto the pitch during a time when the site was relatively quiet proved a challenge (without motor movers). There are also limited pitches that would be able to house both your caravan and towing vehicle. With that said, we loved the site and we will definitely return again next year!
