We stayed here as part of our current tour. We were slightly concerned by some of the reviews but were very pleasantly surprised. We understand the need for pitch allocation and, luckily it would seem, we got a great pitch (26) with an open view across beautiful countryside. People have said the facilities are in need of upgrade. We, however, found them to be absolutely fine and, as usual, spotlessly clean. I want to say that just because they are not the standard club model they are not lacking in any way. As usual, the hard working staff were cheery and always had time to say hello. If, like us, you use public transport from sites be aware the bus service is useless. However, Voltz taxi runs a great service at a very reasonable price and we were able to enjoy the treasures of West Bay.
