Firstly I've reviewed this site in the past but felt I needed to do a new one. Had a great 9night stay from Bank Holiday weekend. Lovely friendly welcome form wardens who worked hard to keep things Covid safe. Cleaning toilet/shower facilities twice a day & regular checks around the site each day. Grass did need cutting when we first arrived but once the busy weekend was over it was done. It was also nice to see the steam trains running.....Now the reason for the updated review. Firstly 2 of my biggest bug bares. 1: cutting through pitches!😡 Why when there is a major pandemic on do people think it's ok to cut through pitches? It's not ok in normal times as it's just damn right rude but to blatantly walk past people's doors for the sake of a few yards in this day & age is out of order. 2: Letting pets stop to do their business on pitches. There's a suitable dog walk & an enormous park outside the gates, use them!! Lastly speed! Far too many people speed around the site. Come on people get a grip!!
