Lovely picturesque site in an old quarry above Buxton. Pitches are quite big, we had a serviced pitch, number 19 with beautiful views from our awning. Wardens are friendly and helpful, facillities are clean and well looked after. Nice walks around the site, including walks into Buxton and also further a field. Also not to far away from Bakewell, Matlock, Castleton, Chatsworth and other tourist attractions. I have had to rate this for families as there does not seem to be a pass option, but there is no pkay park here if you do have children. Thoroughly recommend this site.
