Great stay for our first trip since lockdown

Pat gave us warmest welcome we have had when we got to the site and made us feel at home right away. She and husband Mick are so friendly, helpful and hard working. We were lucky enough to get a hard standing for our motorhome, so no issues with wet grass etc. The facilities are perfectly acceptable and despite there only being 2 showers and 2 toilets available, there was never a queue when I used them. There is a good local bus service to Padstow, Bodmin and Bude - for Tintagel and Boscastle. However, the routes are through the local villages and therefore not speedy on the longer routes. A taxi to Tintagel and bus back works well. The Camel Trail between Padstow and Wadebridge is a lovely walk and fits in with the buses from the site. St Julitta's Church just down the road from the site is worth walking to, lovely location and fascinating gravestones. Thanks Pat and Mick for a great stay.
