Poor initial greeting
We arrived early evening but were telephoned earlier to see if we required the LNA. Upon arrival at about 6.30pm, the welcome was very abrupt and not very welcoming.
All other staff encountered during our stay were polite and very welcoming. The site itself was clean and well kept, as were the facilities
