The first Club site we've visited which has failed to impress. Considering it's one of the most expensive sites we've used I would have expected more - it doesn't offer value for money in my opinion and with a very low occupancy on the dates we stayed it seems others must agree. The general impression is the site COULD be nice, the setting is pleasant enough and is within easy walking distance of the adjacent village, but don't go there expecting a plethora of shops. There's a couple of pubs and two convenience stores, but little else. There's NO disabled aids in the toilet blocks, but the one we used was clean enough, although the facilities were basic. The push-button showers (lasting about ten seconds between pushes) and WCs were ok, but there was only communal washing (no private cubicles). It looked as though the site roads had at sometime been tarred, but all were badly decayed and dusty when driven across. Staff as always were brilliant, and making the best of an indifferent job. I may return, but only after it's been refurbed - whenever that might be.
